Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

At Rifinito, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ask that you respect the time reserved for our barbers and other clients. Please review our booking, cancellation, and refund policies before scheduling an appointment.

Appointment Reservations

All appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full experience.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments before booking.

Pre-paid cancellations made 12 hours prior to appointment, will not be refunded. Repeated and/or intentional cancellations may result in client being blacklisted.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying Rifinito may be required to prepay future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments online or by phone.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments.

If there is insufficient time remaining to complete the service, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

Refund Policy

All completed services are non-refundable.

Because grooming services are performed immediately and cannot be returned, Rifinito does not offer refunds for services that have been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the shop or contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are committed to client satisfaction and will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction at our discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Promotional Offers

Special promotions, discounts, and package pricing cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotional purchases are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Right to Refuse Service

Rifinito reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe behavior, or poor hygiene for sanitation reasons. We hold strict standards and do our best to keep the community clean and safe. If you have any known communicable skin diseases, please see a physician before booking appointment. Due to Florida state law, we are not allowed to provide service to clients with diseases such as HIV, Herpes, Ringworm etc. Please practice proper hygiene and consult with a doctor before booking appointment.

Policy Changes

Rifinito reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
